Dave has over thirty (30) years of leadership experience with a broad background ranging from brokerage/agency, to strategic advisory services, to occupancy planning, project management, facilities management, and investments. He has an extensive transaction record and has closed over $1BB in lease, structured finance and purchase/sale deals in an array of sectors and niches including office, industrial, retail, land, and investment.

Dave has worked extensively in all facets of Corporate Real Estate as both an in-house client and as third-party service provider. His experience in CRE spans from service execution on a local basis, as sole proprietor of his consulting firm, to the leadership of Fortune 500 global teams responsible for a range of service lines on multi-million square foot portfolios with operating budgets of several hundred million dollars.
